Update

We are still doing great! We are all adjusted to the time change now & the sleeping is getting much better! Samuel is sleeping in his crib for naps & bedtime! :) The last 2 nights he slept until 4:30a & then 5:30a (he did go back to sleep after that until about 7:30a), so he's doing great! Hopefully this trend will continue! He's had all of his doctor's visits in. He is 15th% for weight & around 30th% for height. Even though he's small, people always tell me he looks so big for an 8 month old? Oh well! I think he's perfect! He also went to a cardiologist b/c he had an ASD (a hole in his heart) & the doctor said it was mostly closed! No more followup needed! He said that this was very normal & Korea was just overly cautious with their medical records of him. :) That's great! We are so blessed that he is happy & healthy!


Here are some things that Samuel is doing now @ 8 months old:


~sits up on his own
~crawls everywhere!
~pulls up on things
~he loves to eat his baby food!
~he also loves his bottles
~he sucks his first 2 fingers
~makes a complete mess with each meal :)
~he makes a mess b/c between bites he has to put his fingers in his mouth!
~puts everything in his mouth
~has 2 teeth in the bottom front barely poking through
~when I put him down he crawls to me & says "mamamamama" :) (I LOVE it!)
~is sleeping in his crib
~takes 2 naps per day
~starting to sleep through the night
~is very curious about everything & has a look like he's trying to figure it all out :)
~he's so happy to see daddy when he gets home from work!
~loves his exersaucer
~he likes for you to talk to him
~he laughs & giggles at our little dog, Buddy
~he is such a happy boy!

That's all I can think of right now! I'm sure there's much more! He is truly a blessing. I can't imagine life without him. I just love him so much! There's nothing better than being a mommy!
