This is picture heavy, but I just have to show my little man off! :) First are pics from his birthday party!
Here's the birthday cake I made for him!
His special little cake. :)
The present & diaper table. We asked everyone to bring diapers for the "Covered in Hope" project instead of bringing gifts. We were blessed to receive 26 packs of diapers, which is about 200 cloth diapers! :) There's more coming too! As you can see, he got gifts too. :)
His dol table. I have a lot more on there than what they do in Korea. I wanted to has a seperate table for the Korea stuff, but I think it worked out great!
A candle we lit in honor of Samuel's birthmother & foster mother. They both have such a special place in our hearts & always will! I'm planning on lighting a candle in honor of them every year on his birthday.
His doljabee! He chose a ball & the won (money). :) Maybe we have the next NBA player or PGA player!
Opening his gift from momma & daddy.
He was so tired & this is what he did the whole time his cake was in front of him! LOL! :) I stuck his hand in it & he just sucked all the icing off it.
Pic with momma & daddy.

Your blog looks great. ;) The pictures of Samuel's birthday are amazing. Congratulations! Your cake skills are amazing. :) Wow! Terrific job!
So excited that our sweet little Samuel turned one! Can't wait for spring and summer for him to get outside and play, it's going to be so much fun. The beach should to quite a treat too :0)
Happy birthday to your little boy! You did a fantastic job on his cake. You had me tearing up over the message for his birth mother and foster mother - that is just beautiful. Lighting a candle is something I also want to do every year (our son isn't home yet, we are waiting to travel).
Cute!!!!!!!!!!
Much love,
Future Mama
