Our agency received our legals yesterday (Legals are basically 3 pieces of info.; record of Samuel's birth, that SWS is his guardian & transfer of guardianship to Barker)! Yay! They told us it could take 2-9 weeks to get these. So thankful that it only took 2 weeks!
Our agency mailed out our I-600 form (we had already filled this out & sent it to them) yesterday. The I-600 is a petition from us to the U.S. government to adopt Samuel & be his parents. This is the last big step we need done here in the U.S. I've been stalking people's timelines & they pretty much seem all over the place! :) I've seen 2-6 weeks. Praying for 2 weeks for our approval to come! We already have the I-600a approval so that should help. Please pray with us. We want Samuel home ASAP!
