Pediatrician

Today we found a pediatrician for Samuel! I'm so excited & glad to have this checked off the list! She works with a lot of international adoptions & is very familiar with S. Korean adoptions. I called & spoke with the nurse first. She said they did have pre-adoption consultations that we could set up. This would be $150 b/c it's set up as a self-pay since Samuel isn't home yet. However, we already had this done with another doctor that reviewed Samuel's information for us before our acceptance of his referral. So the nurse said she would find out if I could just have an interview over the phone with the doctor & she would call me back. When she called back she said the pre-adoption consultation was not required for them & she put me through to our doctor's voice mail. She said the doctor was out of town, but should call back when she was back. Within an hour the doctor called me back personally! I was so surprised. She was very nice & answered all of my questions! I feel very comfortable with her taking care of Samuel! Another bonus is her office is open 7 days a week! Yeah!

Now...on to the other things on my mile long list (but oh SO worth it!)! :)
