??? Nesting

Well, I guess that's what you call it! Nothing in my house is de-cluttered or clean enough! We've been working so hard everyday. Going through everything in the house. Getting rid of things we don't need & have never used in the last 5 years. Cleaning things you never think about. Yep...that's what I've been doing lately. They say expectant mothers "nest." I guess I would qualify!! :) Not sure what it is, but I literally have been going non-stop! There's always something that needs to be done. Believe me, there's a ton more too! And when I lay down each night & wake up each morning there is a list that is going around & around in my head of all the things I need to do! Yes, I know...crazy! You never realize how much stuff you acquire! I normally go through all of our things at least once a year too! We have been cleaning out & making room for baby! :) Hopefully that means Samuel will be home soon!

Here are some pictures of Samuel's room. We added chair rail. Or rather Bill, my dad,Roger, & our great friend, Chris, added chair rail! :) They were both so great to come help us out! I am thrilled with the way it turned out! It looks great! There will be pics of the finished room soon! Still have a few more things to do! :)
Putting up the chair rail!

Making sure it's just right!

Working together

Hubby, hard at work!

It's all finished & beautiful! I love it!

Now, on to the crib & changing table

Even though the crib had the wrong directions...it wasn't too bad to figure out.

Us, hard at work!

I helped a little! :)

The finished product

His cute little crib set!

The changing table took FOREVER! & it's directions were correct! Ha!

Hope everyone had a great start to their week! :) I hope all of my adoption momma friends hear some kind of great news this week! :)

I just love the monkey bedding! You've got to get that rug from Bed, Bath, and Beyond. It will match perfectly!

I can't wait to see the pictures of the finished nursery. Hope you have time to post them before you leave! :)
